All Berwick court procedures, including protective orders, also called "restraining orders," are handled through the York Judicial Center in Biddeford. For information about protection orders or obtaining one, you may contact the court or click the link below.

Police officers in Maine cannot issue protective orders. We do serve them, however. They must be issued by the court.
