Once you have reviewed the laws, you may click on the link below to download the application. Please make sure the application is filled out completely. When finished, return completed application, copy of driver's license, and payment to the Berwick Police Department.

People interested in a concealed weapons permit, who have not attended a concealed carry class or a class on handgun safety is strongly encouraged to do so.
